me, inspire? haha.. i'm no oracle, but ada rasa vindicated la jugak although my main motive of quitting the Kompeni is not purely on the pay alone. i just can't be motivated anymore, not even if they give the employees the 15%. it's the system that's messed up. tu pasal angkat kaki.

zan: adoi, sakit bontot! janganle cucuk kuat sangat ehehehe lollies: yes!!! a big celebration is being prepared by the employees. all current and former employees attendance is compulsory and the general population is also invited to join in the orgy of celebration... gb: yup me too. let's just hope it stays on wrath and not go to the other seven deadly sins like lust or something ehehe.. rotinotti: definitely we have gained a lot of values from them. we have seen our normal annual increment of between 7-8% before their era decimated to 3-4%, reinterpretation of current clauses in our CA which sees us paying more than what we are used to enjoy our "luxurious" medical benefits and many more things, in the name of cost savings. ah well. we don't create values for the kompeni. we are just tagging along enjoying the benefits.

LOL, same story here in Belgium. Big boys at top give themself plenty of raise and then with a straight face tell the employers their is no money for the little payraise they ask. Must be a contagues something since it spread from Belgium to Malyasia.
